Pro 2 Pave, Inc. is currently seeking self-motivated candidates interested in joining our industry. We specialize in commercial and residential asphalt and concrete projects in Southeast Wisconsin.

Job Description

Outside direct sales position
Work closely with the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales
Project Management from the start to end of project
Direct customer communication throughout the project
Communicate with vendors and sub-contractor
Communicate, labor, and bond with the field crews

Qualifications

Valid drivers license
Basic computer and internet skills
CRM knowledge
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to do outdoor physical labor
Must be able to pass a backfround check
Personal driven and self-motivated

First year base
2nd year base + commission
3rd year 100% commission
